first, if kids got permissions slips from parents, most people would see it as a form of prostitution--parents give permission in return for cash or what ever... there's no controlling that. and THAT type of permission slip doesnt garuntee the child's consent.

for a child to sign one and it hold any weight, would require the legal standing of a child to be eleveted from "parents property" to "human being in their own right"... which will NOT happen. and it if did, premission slips wouldnt be required, now would they?
