Maybe I'm just a bit of a bleeding heart, but I don't agree with that other parents threat not to let Penelope attend the party if the bad girl was there. Especially if the incident was last year. Like hibikisensei said "The girls are young, they'll bounce back from any hurt feelings." and maybe they already have from the whole incident with this troubled girl. But I dunno, since I'm not there in the middle of it, it's hard to judge..
