It's more like the emotional associations and stuff. Like personally, I really don't think the sister would be enjoying that either, basically he's being shown he's unable to save his sister who he loves from being degraded this way.

Yes, I know some adults don't think getting jizzed on your face is degrading, but in this situation it IS. Seriously, it's damned degrading in common society, and that's how kids would react to it.
