Most would agree here that the abuse of a child is an unforgivable act! However, isn't having intercourse with a child abuse? Physically and emotionally? Can someone please provide scientific data to prove this or otherwise. I'm not asking for BS, I'm asking for a sincere response from an educated person.

No one here has to "prove" that these instances of sexual activity are abusive. On the other hand, if you cannot prove your theory, it cannot be assumed correct. You are the person who is asserting that something is something.

If you want an honest answer, the "scientific" data, when applied correctly and representatively to "CSA", tend to show that prepubescents react in a generally neutral-negative way (with outliers), and pubescents react in a generally neutral-positive way (with outliers). Negative responses are generally as trivial and non-traumatic as positive responses are generally non-life-affirming. Samples from liberal and pre-moral-panic societies show generally positive reactions in even prepubescent children, although data is hard to come by.

Bruce Rind is one of the hard to come by professionals who has looked at this issue from a non-legal and non-clinical sample perspective. You may be aware of his most famous work, which can be found here...

The effect of a society that wholly condemns intergenerational relationships before and after their fulfilment, criminalises them, thus biasing them towards risky, pathological behaviour, and provides no alternative "narrative" when it comes to court cases and therapy, also has to be taken into account.

Truth be told, I subscribe to the opinion that there is nothing innately harmful or abusive when it comes to merely touching someone of any age, with their voluntary participation. That is to say... the brain of a human "child" has no neurological correlates that trigger a trauma-reaction when they are touched on their genitals by an adult. This can be verified by many historical and cross-cultural examples.

I do not claim to represent pedophiles with these opinions. I am not even one myself.
