I thought he was trying to compare what was being said because the voices didn't sound alike to me and I had no way of knowing that that's what WC was trying to say (a little explanation would have helped, Critest :p).
Still, it's just as possible that they are as it is that they're not.

(That's what deliberate ambiguity sounds like, I guess.
But believe it or not, it's an accidental ambiguity :p)
