There was "nothing special" about what happened to me. Anyone who is sexually attracted to youth would face similar rights violations if they were to self-identify and pursue a political advocacy. This is the "chilling effect" that the oppressive systems of democracy we live under has on our community.

Standing does not involve court-appointed counsel. It involves whether you have the right to prosecute litigation, either on your own behalf or with counsel, or not. Dred Scott did not have standing because he was not a "person" under the meaning of the United States Constitution; therefore he could not sue to secure any of his rights. We are similarly affected.

Fetishes are not class-identifying characterstics in the same fashion that a sexual attraction to youth is a class. Fetishes are secondary preferences to a primary sexual orientation. Sexual attraction to youth appears innate and either congenital or genetic in its origin. Although my "pedophilia" may be "self-professed" (a judicial finding of fact that has occurred in my litigation), I have no more ability to conceal it over a period of time than someone who is a high-functioning autistic; people have always figured it out over time, even when I've tried to conceal it.

My intention in responding to your posts is not to educate you, per se, but to ensure that my initial post is sufficiently clear to reach its ends. I am forwarding, over time, notarized copies of the Petition to every elected representative of the Legislatures in the recipient list. While it is unlikely to make any progress towards relieving our grievances, this is the appropriate procedure afforded to us by the Western democracies to seek redress. It is important that our community fully exhaust the remedies available to us, if nothing else to demonstrate that we are indeed subject to a moral tyranny of numbers.

Thus it will become an evidentiary matter to support a foundation that we are denied rights commonly enjoyed by our neighbors and relations.
