One technical note, there seemed to be a minor synchronization problem with the video and audio — maybe 0.5 seconds or so. I watched the 320x240 version on VLC 0.8.5. The problem could be on my system since no one else seems to have mentioned it.

You're right. I checked out the 640x480 version both in mplayer and vlc, and I see the same problem.

The video is ahead of the audio by 0.3 seconds.
