Not that it's any real solutio, but America is going WAY down as far as human rights. American courts are ruled by judgemental, illogical bastards who are not impartial by any means. I am in fact planning to move out of the entire western culture just as soon as I can. BTW, how much higher can you plead your case? How close to supreme court are you? DON'T GIVE UP! Giving up is possibly the worst thing you can do. Plead it as high as you can and if that doesn't work, get out of America. You know, I can almost sympathize with those 9/11 terrorists, but not quite. Seriously though, you can't trust the western judicial system further than you can despise it. Keep on trying and if nothing works, move out and start a new life.
