well, no surprise for me here, sorry...
The only surprise for me somehow is to get this message in an email, which seems an odd way to communicate these matters.

As I explained a few times on the board before from my learnings of the system in which we live in the past years, once you answer to the legal name they own (Kevin Brown), you are a slave to them, as simple as that.

As soon as they have something to lose, they are the rule makers, and they decide whatever will let them keep the position they currently have, the authority over the population.

Asmuch as they can they will not let anything put them down in any ways, I will repeat it, they are the rule makers.

The first allegiance of a lawyer is to the court, not his client.

Once you are in dishonor the laws don't apply anymore.

You are in dishonor the second you answer to the legal name they created.

Why?

Because you give the judge authority over you, by answering to the legal name you are simply saying "yes, I am the one under your authority Mr. the Judge, I am under man's authority (man's law), you are my Master and I am your servant".

That's how the current legal system works.

After that, the laws suddenly have no power anymore, you just gave yourself away into their servitude, you said you were one of their agents, you said you were one of their creation, under them, you said you were putting yourself into their hands for judgement because you are awaiting their permission, you said you were Kevin Brown, the name they created from an event, your flesh and blood birth, but NOT you as a flesh and blood, only the event.

You, you can have the name you want, and they know that, they don't own you or your body, make sure you get this if you haven't already, they own the name, ask any lawyer anywhere, they cannot own you as a body, and they cannot force you to consent to be under their authority.

But as soon as you answer the name they created, and you say "yes, I am that name!", you're owned...

I understand what you want to do, but as long as this is being done in silence, like I said to Todd today, where things are done in silence exploitation is an unfortunate possibility.

This is being done in silence in the sense that no journalist seems to be following the case, at least not actively in the news.

However would any journalist want to do it?
I don't know.





Here's a video I saw today about a woman who challenged the law recently in the US and simply asked if there was a law for anyone to pay any taxes whatsoever, and she never got a response from the government saying there was one.

It would be so simple to explain, so simple to give a law number if there was any, but they prefer to tell her absurdities: if they had nothing to hide, do you think they would answer such answers like they did?

To me it has become evident with all I have learned in the last years about the system that it is not honest, it relies on trickery to get what it wants, it goes as low and deep as to trick what man has got as being the most intimate and automatic thing it can have, the name to which it responds.

The name, and the name only is what makes someone liable.

Every damn people in jails today are there because of their mouth.

I'm following a guy's findings for a while here in Canada for which I won't give the name right now, I talked to you about him in emails in the past, and he was interviwed in a radio show lately in Ontario, and the host, who already heard many things about conspiracy theories, the name thing and all for a while now, couldn't believe what he was hearing, and was completely astonished to his guest's recent findings, and believe me, he has heard a lot in his career, and even I myself am quite shocked also by these recent findings, even though I knew of them before the radio show because I am in direct contact with this man.

I even emailed you a bit of it, but the recent findings are even more to the point, he has simply found a way not to step foot in courts no matter what, by giving a proof right away that the court doesn't have jurisdiction over a man of flesh and blood.

I haven't tested it yet, and this is still work in progress, but I wouldn't be surprised it's the case, because I understand it now.



One thing about what you did up to now I think is that you proved somehow that that law is irrelevant in a court... of law, as ironic and and absurd it can sound, you see it it seems, you mentioned all the things they unlawfully did, and they still get away with it.

I don't mean to be a "candle snuffer" here (in French we say "un éteignoir", someone who wishes to stop someone else in his work) but it looks like you are banging your head against a big building here, you are attacking them in their own home, and even though, like the lady said in the video, Èwe live in a country where the law can be challengedÈ, Ièm sorry, but this is real bullshit if you ask me.

The only laws that can be challenged are the ones who can't or won't affect society the way it currently is, the ones that won't shake the foundation too much, the ones where somehow they find something to work on their side throughout the procedures, the ones that will not affect the economy, as everything that has to do with legal is commercial.

In the end they have the last word.

Unless there is a big revolution, and they know the public could react violently, then they will go slowly and believe me, think about it all very deeply to somehow, again, in the end fit everything to work for them.

As long as the people will be ignorant and kept ignorant of what is being done and the consequences of this, because many have no clue whatsoever of the possible consequences of letting others rule themselves, like the guy I talked about earlier said, slavery was never abolished, the way to do it was simply changed in a much more clever way that the people don't even see they became slaves, and I see it now more than ever before.

You may have to change your approach.
