I am so upset by this I have been sitting and stewing for 45 minutes, waiting until I can calm myself enough to not just curse and rant incoherently.

I cannot believe that these people have such sweeping authority to just step in and breakup a family with no reasonably legal basis. Its even more sad that these people have lost so much of their own humanity that they can no longer be objective. They no longer see this as a child and a family. Just a case number and a knee jerk reaction to be made.

I find it hard to believe they themselves even see a justified legal basis for this action. It's probably some self-serving "do-gooder" attempting to tie you up in the legal system, giving you any grief they can manage.

If there is anything we can do, we need to help. Is there any rights group (A Human Rights Defender, ACLU, etc..) we can write too, or petition?


Pedophilia is not a crime. Free speech is not subjective. Equal rights are not special rights.


Kevin, I'm sorry that you and your family have had to bear so much. I want to personally thank you for taking the punches in this battle that effects all of us. You’re fighting for the rights of every Pedo Parent, present and future. Parental rights should not be determined by sexual orientation.

I hope your wife is understanding, and strong along side you through this, and that your son is with you soon.
I hope the ineptitude behind this action is exposed inarguably, and your families rights upheld vehemently.
