Tell me more, please. I would say that acceptance is also the cornerstone of my personal philosophy, but when I talk about acceptance, I generally mean acceptance of one's self. For example, I believe that an ounce of self-acceptance is worth a gallon of self-improvement. That's why I no longer patronize the mental health industry. I believe that I am that which I am, and what I am is a perfectly fine, decent human being, even with all of my wounds and imperfections. Is that what you mean by "acceptance?"
